Miller & Chevalier Webinar: FCPA Spring Review 2015

Although the pace of enforcement under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) has slowed considerably in 2015, there were a number of developments in the first quarter that have implications for corporations conducting business outside of the United States. As reported in our FCPA Spring Review 2015, these developments, which include recent FCPA dispositions by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), additional FCPA-related activity by the SEC and Department of Justice (DOJ) and non-U.S. corruption-related enforcement efforts, provide valuable lessons regarding corruption risk areas and compliance strategies. Miller & Chevalier's FCPA and International Anti-Corruption Practice held a webinar to discuss several recent developments.
