This conference, sponsored by Latin Lawyer, will provide a "straight from the horse's mouth" dialogue on evolving enforcement trends with Sérgio Seabra, secretary of transparency and corruption prevention at Brazil's Comptroller General, and discuss implications of Brazil's recently enacted Clean Company Law. The law holds companies, as opposed to only individuals, liable for misconduct and applies to all companies doing business in Brazil. The panel discussion will include Latin American enforcement officials as well as U.S. practitioners.
