Alex Sarria will present the webinar, "Section 889 Update," to members of the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) Legal Affairs Committee on October 21, 2020. This webinar will provide an update on Section 889 waivers recently obtained by the Department of Defense (DoD), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and Department of State (DoS). The presentation will also highlight best practices for conducting the "reasonable inquiry" required by the regulations and structuring a Section 889 compliance program.
