Mark Rochon and Barry Pollack* will present at the International Bar Association's 17th Transnational Crime Conference. Rochon will serve as co-chair of the conference and present on a panel titled "Alternative resolutions to criminal matters – DPAs, NPAs, and other resolutions – are they a blessing or a curse?" and Pollack will present on a panel titled "The International whistleblower – hero or villain?"

This three-day long conference, co-presented by the IBA Criminal Law Committee and the IBA Business Crime Committee, supported by the IBA European Regional Forum, will highlight issues relevant to criminal defense and regulatory practitioners, compliance officers, law enforcement officials and auditors.
