Timothy O'Toole and Gregory Bates will speak at the IFCA International Compliance Congress 2021 on October 5, 2021. Bates will present, as part of a panel, "Detect, Address and Monitor!" This panel will discuss the effective management of conflicts of interests in organizations. O'Toole's panel, "Global Trade Compliance," will examine the global landscape with regards to sanctions, restricted parties screening, sensitive military, and anti-boycotting.
