Timothy O'Toole will present, as part of a panel, the European Association of Trade and Investment Controls and Compliance Attorneys (AT + ICA) webinar, "The Biden Presidency: The Impact of a U.S. Election on Export Controls & Sanctions," on November 25, 2020. Topics of discussion will include:

• Will President-Elect Biden continue the current Trump administration policies?
• Will there be more alignment with the EU and other allies?
• Which sanctions regimes are likely to be altered?
