Homer E. Moyer will be speaking at the International Bar Association's (IBA's) 11th Annual Group Members' Leadership Summit on June 9, 2015, in New York, NY. The theme of the conference will be "The Corporate Big Risk Agenda: Limiting Client Exposure." Moyer will moderate a panel titled, "Meeting Clients' Expectations in the Era of Long Arm Regulation." This session will examine the challenges for clients, and for firms advising them, in coping with issues of corporate governance and transparency in an era of increasing levels of long arm regulation such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the U.K. Bribery Act.
