Ann Sultan will present during the International Bar Association's (IBA) Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia Anti-Corruption Enforcement and Compliance Conference in Prague on November 12, 2018. Sultan will present, as part of a panel, "Foreign Bribery - Why There is Almost No Prosecution of Foreign Bribery in CEE & Central Asia." Panelists will discuss the new OECD report on detection of foreign bribery as well as reasons why foreign bribery is not effectively tackled in the region.
