Jason Workmaster will present, "Administration of Government Contracts," an FPS webinar on June 6-7, 2023.

This webinar will explain the legal and regulatory underpinnings of federal government contract administration by addressing all aspects of effective contract administration from initial award through contract closeout. It will also provide practical experience to keep contract performance on track by describing common pitfalls encountered throughout performance of a federal government contract and discuss the parties' rights and obligations under various contract clauses if an issue does arise during performance.
