This 90-minute teleconference, hosted by The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC), will discuss the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court's decisions relating to same-sex marriages on benefit plans. The Supreme Court is expected to issue these decisions at the end of June.

Anthony F. Shelley, as part of a panel, will discuss the general implications of the decisions on plans and plan sponsors. Panelists will also discuss the immediate and future implications of the decisions on retirement and welfare plan administration and design.
