Marc Gerson will speak at the American Staffing Association (ASA) webinar "Federal Tax Policy and the Impact of the Pending Mid-Term Elections" on August 20, 2026. Gerson will provide an overview of the current federal tax legislative landscape, including a review of the provisions enacted as part of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) that are of the greatest importance to the staffing industry as well as a preview of potential future tax legislation. He will also discuss the pending mid-term Congressional elections, including the potential results of the elections and their impact on the tax policy agenda going forward.
