Anthony F. Shelley will present on an ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) FocusOn Webinar titled "SIIA v. Snyder – Can a state (or locality) tax ERISA plans, require claims reporting?" on July 28, 2016. Shelley, along with other panelists, will discuss the SIIA v. Snyder case regarding taxes on ERISA plans, in wake of the Gobeille case. The case made it to the Supreme Court, where the justices sent the case back to the 6th Circuit for reconsideration. Panelists will discuss this critical case and where employers go from here.
