Fenton will present the "Update on Affordable Health Care Compliance." Warren will present on two panel discussions, "Regulatory Update -- Cash Tax Benefits or Rate Base, A Case Study" and "Decommissioning and Early Retirements -- Accounting and Regulatory Issues (Coal Plants, Coal Mines and Nukes)."
