Samuel Lapin will moderate the DC Bar webinar, "A Brief Discussion of Administrative Guidance in the Federal Tax Law," on June 10, 2020. The panel will discuss different types of guidance, the process by which Treasury and the IRS promulgate guidance, a brief discussion of administrative law and APA rules, and how and when different types of administrative guidance are best used. This webinar is part of the DC Bar's New Tax Practitioners Series which is designed to give newer tax practitioners a high-level introduction to administrative guidance in the tax law.
