Daniel Patrick Wendt and Ann Sultan will speak as part of a roundtable event in partnership with Simmons & Simmons entitled, "Cross Border Investigations: Issues and Developments," in Amsterdam on September 11, 2019.

This roundtable discussion will focus on issues and developments concerning the conduct of investigations both internally and those led by enforcement agencies. The discussion will consider how to navigate the complex EU and U.S. governmental enforcement environment and its cultural differences. Special attention will be given to attorney-client privilege issues, privacy, self-disclosure, and how corporations could be dealing with individual employees involved in the subject-matter under investigation.
