Rocco Femia will present on a panel discussion titled "BEPS, CFC Rules, Patent Boxes, and EU Law" at Georgetown University Law Center on October 2, 2014.

This event will focus on the outputs and the challenges to come this year, in particular in regard to the BEPS work on controlled foreign corporation rules and patent boxes, both of which are areas of interest in the context of ongoing discussions about U.S. international tax reform. The panel discussion will also consider the interaction between the BEPS project and EU law, which shapes (sometimes in surprising ways) the policy positions taken by more than half of the member countries of the OECD.
