Marc J. Gerson will speak during the American Staffing Association's (ASA) 2018 Staffing Law Conference on May 11, 2018. Gerson will present, as part of a panel, "Does Your Firm Qualify for the New Passthrough Tax Deduction?" Panelists will provide a "inside-the-Beltway" briefing on the complex issues involved in the recent tax reform and the industry's position on why staffing services should qualify for the 20% tax deduction of qualified income being offered to so-called passthrough businesses - sole proprietorships, S corporations, and LLCs - which is how most staffing firms are organized.
