Homer Moyer, Jr. will serve as Chair of the American Conference Institute's 22nd Annual Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, taking place November 17 - 18, 2009.  Kathryn Atkinson will also speak as part of a pre-conference workshop.
