Michael N. Khalil* and Anthony F. Shelley will speak at the American Conference Institute's (ACI) 15^th ERISA Litigation Conference from November 2-3, 2017 in New York, NY. 

Khalil will present, as part of a panel, "The Evolving State of Remedies and Equitable Relief Under ERISA 502(a)(3): New Remedies Post-Montanile," on November 2. Panelists will analyze recent decisions involving claims of equitable relief in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) cases and examine remedial schemes under 502(a)(3) post-Amara. 

Shelley will present, as part of a panel, "Healthcare Related ERISA Litigation: Addressing the Uptick in Medical Provider Claims, and Litigation Arising from the Intersection of ERISA and ACA," on November 3. Panelists will examine the recent uptick in claims by medical providers against health plans/employers; the extent to which these claims may be brought under ERISA and analyze the latest claims of individual beneficiaries or medical service providers suing through the ERISA for violations of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
