George A. Hani will be speaking at the 5th Annual LLC Institute on October 21, 2016, hosted by the ABA Business Law Section. Hani will present, as part of a panel, "The New Partnership Audit Rules and Related Operating Agreement Drafting Considerations." The panel will discuss how partnership and LLC agreements could be written (or rewritten) to adjust to the new IRS audits of partnership returns.
