Steven Dixon,* Kevin Downing,* Rocco Femia, and Michael Costa* will be speaking at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Taxation 2014 May Meeting on May 9, 2014. Dixon and Downing will present on a panel moderated by Costa titled "Banking & Savings Institutions: Recent Developments" which will address the Wells Fargo case and other litigation updates.

Femia will participate on a panel titled "Recent International Activities and Future Focus of IRS LB&I." This panel will provide an overview of and conversation about recent developments in international examinations and controversies and the internal and external processes that impact them.
