George A. Hani will speak on an American Bar Association Business Law and Taxation Section webinar on January 20, 2016. Hani will present, as part of a panel, "Responding to the Repeal of TEFRA." The webinar will address: the recent changes in partnership taxation, including the repeal of TEFRA and the treatment of partnerships as taxpayer organizations; how various partnership and operating agreements be written/amended to account for these changes; and what questions remain unresolved.
