Rocco V. Femia will be speaking at the 28th Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation on December 18, 2015. Femia will present "Intangibles" with other panelists, discussing a variety of hot topics related to intangible property, including recent developments such as Notice 2015-54, Altera Corp. vs. Commission, recent developments related to intangibles as part of the OECD's BEPS project and potential section 367(d) regulations.
