Marc Alain Bohn* and Ann Sultan will be speaking during the American Bar Association's (ABA) International Law Section Annual Conference in New York on April 19, 2018. 

Bohn will present, as part of a panel, "International Anti-Corruption Proceedings: Cooperation Between Latin America and Other Jurisdictions in International Proceedings." Panelists will discuss both the international and domestic laws in their respective countries in cases originating from foreign jurisdictions, and will provide examples of cases and practical experiences in their individual jurisdictions. Bohn and Sultan will participate as Panel Chair during, "Gaseoso, Oplata, and Bribes: How Corruption and Anti-Corruption Around the World are Evolving." Sultan will also participate as Moderator for this panel. Panelists will explore how corruption and its prosecution have changed over the last few years.
