Linda E. Carlisle* and George A. Hani will be speaking at the Texas Federal Tax Institute event from June 14-16. This conference brings together leading corporate, partnership and real estate tax professionals from across the United States. Hani will present, as part of a panel, "Effective Representation in Today’s IRS Appeals" and "Administrative Aspects of the Partnership Audit Rules" on June 14. Hani will also participate as co-chair during "The TexFed Tax Controversy Roundtable", co-sponsored by Miller & Chevalier, on June 15. Carlisle* will present "Tax Consequences of Various Payments in M&A Transactions – The Strange World of Section 1234A" on June 15.
