Timothy O'Toole was quoted regarding ZTE Corp's Iran sanctions violations settlements with U.S. regulators. The company also pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice and agreed to pay $892 million in fines. This was "one of the biggest attempts of concealment" ever revealed by regulators, O'Toole said.
