An interview with Tim O’Toole by correspondent Jean Meserve appeared on CNN’s Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer on February 18. O’Toole discussed a report released by the National Academy of Sciences on the state of forensic techniques used in court proceedings. The interview was a result of an amicus brief Tim filed on behalf of the National Innocence Network, in Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts, a case before the Supreme Court raising the issue of crime lab errors.
