Mark Rochon commented on the outlook for Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement in 2017. While much is expected to change under the Trump administration, "international cooperation is one of the biggest takeaways of 2016, and it's the one that's most likely to stick," Rochon said.
