Marc Gerson was quoted regarding the impact President Trump's tax reform plan may have on businesses with foreign earnings. Eliminating U.S. taxes on foreign earnings would provide a boost to spending by removing the tax incentive for keeping money offshore, Gerson said. "It drastically increases the competitiveness of U.S. business on a global basis and I think that necessarily leads to greater economic activity and job creation in the U.S."
