Marc Gerson discusses the current tax extenders bill, which proposes $14 billion in international tax changes, including a number of proposals that have not appeared either in prior legislation or in President Obama's budget proposals. The exception could indicate a "troubling trend," said Gerson. He added that while the extenders bill might be an isolated example, "it's evidence of the revenue pressure that Congress is under."
