Jordan, formerly director of tax controversy at a real estate development company specializing in historic urban properties, brings extensive experience representing clients in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and other tax authorities. She joins the firm's Tax Controversy & Litigation practice, advising on audits, administrative appeals, and litigation. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Jordan previously clerked for Judge Joseph W. Nega of the U.S. Tax Court and practiced at a tax-focused law firm.
