Homer Moyer comments on the News of the World phone hacking scandal and the possible SEC investigation into whether News Corp. breached the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). "They could move pretty quickly," said Moyer. "When there has been a quite specific allegation that has been made publicly and appeared in the press, it’s pretty hard for the SEC not to react to this. It will not go unnoticed."
