Daniel Solomon commented on the challenges of supply chain transparency in the automotive and manufacturing sectors to demonstrate, through documentation, that the imported goods and their inputs are sourced completely from outside Xinjiang and have no connection to entities on the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List. Supply chains are "fragmented" and often rely on multiple intermediaries that "aggregate materials from various sources," said Solomon.
