Rachel Mendelson is an Associate in the Litigation department. She focuses on securities enforcement and white collar defense in criminal matters. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Mendelson was a student attorney with the Georgetown University Law Center Criminal Justice Clinic, representing indigent defendants in DC Superior Court. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. 

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Mendelson was a law fellow with the Voter Protection Corps. She has previously held several accounting positions, both in-house and as an external auditor.
