Barbara Linney* and Richard Mojica served as members of the Society for International Affairs (SIA) task force that produced the Compliance Insiders: Toolkit for Internal Compliance, Second Edition. Ms. Linney led the "Investigations and Audits in Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures" chapter team and contributed to the "Brokering" chapter.  Mr. Mojica led the "Customs" chapter team. The publication was developed to serve as a resource document for the import/export community and contains chapters focused on each of the following compliance areas: licensing, investigations, brokering, customs, and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) company visits.
