Washington Arbitration Week Virtual Panels

Miller & Chevalier will host the third edition of Washington Arbitration Week on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Washington Arbitration Week brings together leading practitioners and academics from the DC legal community, and the international and foreign community connected to it, for a series of panels on new arbitration techniques, developments and evolving interpretations and views, and best practices for international arbitration in the new virtual reality.

Virginia Newman* will speak on the "Business and Human Rights in Times of War and Conflict: The Power of International Advocacy" panel at 4 p.m. ET. She will be joined by Tatiana Sainati, Wiley Rein, and Jon Drimmer, Paul Hastings. The panel will be moderated by Douglass Cassel, King & Spalding.
