Timothy P. O'Toole will be speaking at the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (UACDL) White Collar Seminar on February 6, 2015. O'Toole will present "Developments in White Collar Sentencing'" and will also present, as part of a panel, "Hot Topics in White Collar Defense: Public Corruption; Export Control and Sanctions; and, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act."
