James Tillen will present on "The FCPA in Overdrive." The presentation will identify FCPA risk areas for USDEC members in conducting business outside of the United States, including interactions with non-U.S. customs agencies, regulators and customers with state-ownership, and compliance safeguards to address FCPA risks.
