TRACE, the anti-bribery standard setting organization, will be holding a full-day anti-bribery training workshop in Mexico City at the Four Seasons on February 7, 2013. The workshop will cover Mexico's new anti-corruption framework, international anti-bribery standards, FCPA enforcement trends, compliance program design and applying lessons learned from the Wal-Mart bribery case to local and foreign operations.

Matt Ellis will participate on the panel entitled "Review of Recent FCPA Cases and What They Reveal About US Government Targets in Mexico and Other Emerging Markets."
