David Cubeta will present on a panel discussion titled "JOAs, Farmouts and Tax Partnerships" during the Texas Federal Tax Institute's NYC Oil and Gas Tax Conference on November 3, 2014. This panel will provide an analysis and discussion of customary oil and gas joint operating agreements and farmouts, including the resulting tax partnerships, eligibility to elect out of tax partnership treatment and structuring so-called “cash and carry” transactions.
