Marc, who rejoined the firm after serving as Majority Tax Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways & Means, discussed the tax policy outlook for the 110th Congress, its "first 100 hours," as well as other issues, including Democratic tax priorities, possible revenue raisers (off the shelf, stealth and international), the "tax gap", and AMT.
