John Davis, Ann Sultan, Dan Wendt, and Gregory Bates will speak at the SCCE 20th Annual Compliance & Ethics Institute on September 19-21, 2021, in Las Vegas.
Wendt will speak on a panel titled "Managing the Most Difficult and Most Important Anti-Corruption Due Diligence Projects" on September 19.
On September 20, Bates, Wendt, and Davis will each participate in panel discussions. Bates' panel is titled "It's Not Sexy, But It's How to Get Things Done: Project Management in Compliance Programs at Different Stages of Maturity." Wendt will speak on the panel "Best Practices for M&A Due Diligence for Anti-Corruption: From Initial Idea to Integration." Davis will speak on the panel "Handling Remote Compliance Audit Challenges in the Developing World."
Sultan will speak on the "Best Practices for M&A Due Diligence for Anti-Corruption: From Initial Idea to Integration" panel, and Bates will participate in a panel titled "Actioning the DOJ's Guidance on Data in a Modern & Effective Compliance Program" on September 21.
