Timothy O'Toole, Barry Pollack* and Thomas Zehnle* will present during the 4th Annual West Coast White Collar Conference, "Turning the Table on the Government" on June 19-20, 2014.

During this conference, sponsored by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, O'Toole will serve as a program chair and present on a panel titled "Prosecution, Inc.: Strategies and Ethics of Representing Individual Clients in Corporate Investigations and Prosecutions." Pollack will present on a panel titled "New Government Tools: White Collar Defense in the Surveillance State," and Zehnle will present on a panel titled "Whose Money Is It? Latest Trends in Criminal Tax Fraud Enforcement."
