Miller & Chevalier hosted a trade policy breakfast featuring Stacy Ettinger, primary counsel to Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) on international trade issues, including the legislation he has jointly introduced with Senators Baucus, Grassley, and Graham on U.S. trade relations with China. Ms. Ettinger also served for many years as a senior lawyer in the Office of Chief Counsel for Import Administration, at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and has been a "first chair" litigator defending numerous U.S. trade remedy measures challenged in WTO dispute settlement proceedings.
