Timothy P. O'Toole will be speaking at the Judicial Symposium on the Economics of Crime and Punishment on April 10, 2015 in Dana Point, CA. O'Toole will present, as part of a panel, "Overcriminalization: The Impact of Systemic Injustice," which will discuss several topics such as the need for discovery reform, Brady compliance and the need to restore judicial oversight of the prosecutorial function and judicial discretion in sentencing.
