Matteson Ellis will present "Compliance Programs - Measuring Results Since Implementation" ("Programas de Cumplimiento - Medicion de resultados de su puesta en marcha") at the International Bribery: Case Studies and Implementation of Compliance Programs event in Bogotá, Colombia on February 12, 2018. He will discuss compliance programs and their purpose, based on the review of existing case studies. The event, presented by the Colombian regulatory agency, Superintendency of Corporations (Superintendencia de Sociedades), will also feature presentations from Dr. Francisco Reyes Villamizar, Superintendent of Companies, and Drago Kos, Chair of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Working Group on Bribery.
