IBA/ICC Anti-Corruption Conference - The Fight Against Corruption in Latin America: Implications for Lawyers

James Tillen and Matteson Ellis will participate in the IBA/ICC Anti-Corruption Conference, titled "The Fight Against Corruption in Latin America: Implications for Lawyers" on May 12-13, 2014. Tillen, who will also serve as co-chair of the event, will present on "FCPA, UK Bribery Act and the Canadian Bribery Law in Latin America: ‘Are you crazy? How do those foreign regulations apply to me?’" Ellis will present on a panel titled "Anti-corruption compliance programmes for Latin American companies and law firms: the role of lawyers in their drafting, implementation and execution." The conference is co-sponsored by the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee and the ICC Mexico Anti-Corruption Committee, and is supported by the IBA Latin American Regional Forum.
