Margot Laporte will speak on a panel of FCPA practitioners at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, on January 9, 2015. The discussion, presented to Georgetown Law School evening students, will focus on FCPA policy as well as FCPA practice from the perspective of both private practitioners and government regulators. The panel will also include Jonathan Drimmer, Vice-President and Assistant General Counsel at Barrick Gold Corp., and David Fuhr, a Trial Attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice's FCPA Unit.
