This one-day seminar, presented by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (ICLE), will include discussions on the heightened scrutiny that some US and cross-border international business transactions are receiving from the U.S. Department of Justice, FBI, Federal Trade Commission and other federal agencies, and how to protect companies and clients from unwanted and costly civil or criminal sanctions.
