This 90-minute teleconference, hosted by The ERISA Industry Committee, will focus on the current state of and issues regarding ERISA preemption, including such matters as the interaction of ERISA and the Affordable Care Act regarding state laws, recent state initiatives regarding taxes or assessments on or new administrative requirements regarding ERISA plans or sponsors, and additional state initiatives concerning minimum retirement plan coverage.
